Pricing questions

Are prices in Australian dollars, and is GST included?

Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Australian customers pay 10% GST on top. Checkout collects your business name and ABN, and shows the total before you pay.

Do I need a card for the trial?

No. Every new workspace gets 14 days of Business without a card. The trial includes 50 request analyses, because each one costs real money to run.

What happens when the trial ends?

You choose Core, Business or Team. If you do not, the workspace becomes read-only: you can still read and export everything, but you cannot add or change anything. It is kept for 30 days and then deleted, with warnings before that happens.

What counts as an analysis?

Assessing one client request against your confirmed scope uses one analysis. Retrying a failed assessment does not use another. Extracting scope from an agreement does not use your analysis allowance.

What if we run out of analyses?

New requests are held rather than dropped. Owners are told once and offered an upgrade. Held requests are processed in order when allowance is available. Unused analyses do not roll over to the next month.

Can I change plans?

You can upgrade at any time. A downgrade is accepted once your workspace fits the lower plan, for example once you are within its project and user limits.

What if we cancel?

The workspace becomes read-only at the end of the paid period and stays exportable. It is kept for 90 days, with warnings, then deleted. Subscribing again before then restores it.

Is there an annual plan?

Not yet. All plans are billed monthly.
